Nature of support
We provide mentorship, research coaching, critical review, editing, instrument guidance, transparent analysis support and academic training. The researcher remains the author and is responsible for understanding, approving, submitting and defending the work.
Academic integrity
We do not write assessed work for submission, fabricate data or sources, impersonate a candidate, complete examinations or guarantee an academic result. Technical or editorial assistance must be disclosed where institutional rules require it. Researchers must provide accurate information and comply with their university, professional body and applicable ethical requirements.
Scope, time and payment
The scope, output, timeline, responsibilities and fee are agreed before work begins. A new request, substantially changed document or additional round outside the agreed scope may require a revised timeline and fee.
Researcher responsibilities
Researchers must provide readable documents, current institutional guidelines, relevant feedback and truthful deadlines. Delays in supplying required information may affect the delivery date.
Confidentiality
Academic documents are treated as confidential. Where a researcher authorises a testimonial, image or case description, only the approved material and level of identification will be published.
Outcomes
Academic decisions remain under the authority of the relevant institution, supervisor, examiner, journal or professional body. We therefore cannot guarantee approval, marks, publication or graduation.
