Information we receive
We may receive your name, contact details, country, study level, service requested, academic documents, supervisor or examiner comments, and information you voluntarily submit through WhatsApp, email or the review form.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess requested work, provide agreed research support, maintain service records and review testimonials submitted for possible publication.
Academic documents
Client documents are handled confidentially and are not published, sold or used as public samples without separate permission. Clients should remove unnecessary sensitive personal data before sending research files.
Reviews and photographs
Reviews are moderated before publication. The display preference selected by the reviewer is respected. Client photographs are published only with permission and may be removed following a verified request from the person concerned.
Website measurement
The website records limited, non-identifying counts of clicks to WhatsApp, email and social-media links. This helps us understand which contact routes are useful. We do not use these records to identify individual visitors.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only where necessary to operate the service, comply with the law or protect legitimate rights. Records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which they were received.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of personal information or withdraw permission for a review or photograph by contacting hello@mshiuconsultancy.com.
